Glorious Mystery is a bible teaching resource and an international online community of Jesus Christ followers seeking the Kingdom of God. We do not belong to any denomination but to the Kingdom of God. We welcome everyone from around the world to join our growing family by becoming faithful followers of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The name Glorious Mystery is derived from Paul’s teaching in Colossians 1:26-27 NIV which says “the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
To continue growing spiritually in the knowledge of God. To continue The Great Commission – spreading the gospel to all the nations of the world (Matthew 28:19–20) for the glory of God.
Furthermore, and according to Apostle Paul, our mission is to equip the saints, to do the work of ministry, and to build up the body of the Messiah until all of us are united in the faith and in the full knowledge of God’s Son, and until we attain mature adulthood and the full standard of development in the Messiah (Ephesians 4:12).
To empower saints with Bible truth and the good news of Jesus Christ and the redemption he offers (Romans 10:14–15).
We believe that Jesus is Lord, and that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). He died for our sins so that through his resurrection we may receive eternal life.
We believe that Jesus Christ is Almighty God. According to the scriptures: “Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory” (1 Timothy 3:16). and again in (John 1:1).
We believe there is only one God (Isaiah 44:6). Our foundation is based firmly upon the Bible, and Bible truth is our ultimate authority.
Glorious Mystery method of teaching Bible truth is motivated by Jesus’ own teaching and His apostles. The theme is the Gospel of Jesus Christ taught in its purity and clarity.
We have a Christ centered approach because Jesus says “Learn of Me”. As such, we rely on the Holy Spirit to teach us, guide us, and help us understand the scriptures. Just as apostle Paul acquired his knowledge, he confirms that “these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God” (1 Corinthians 2:10).
What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.
This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words (1 Corinthians 2:12).
Apostle Paul taught that “we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us” (2 Corinthians 4:7)
This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 3:1-12)
God reveals the truth to us who believe, “because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given” (Matthew 13:11).
Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment (Proverbs 4:7, NLT).
